Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver integrated credit solutions tailored for large corporate clients.

- Collaborate closely with client-facing teams in the Global Corporate Bank to explore sales opportunities and provide essential product expertise.

- Guide clients in achieving their strategic objectives through innovative funding options, leveraging in-depth knowledge of business finance and relevant products.

- Assess existing solutions and recommend optimal financing alternatives based on client needs.

- Manage credit quality and oversee the approval process in collaboration with Risk Management Officers and Senior Management.

Essential Duties:

1. Evaluate new credit opportunities, identifying risks and proposing mitigating strategies.

2. Partner with client-facing teams to provide expert consultation on sales opportunities.

3. Underwrite new transactions, analyze credit risk, and negotiate deals while adhering to internal policies and regulatory standards.

4. Structure lease/loan terms considering pricing, rates, payment schedules, and collateral.

5. Oversee the credit process for a portfolio of clients, reviewing financial statements and assessing compliance with financial covenants.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a commercial banking role for Senior Officer, or 5 years for Officer II.

- Proficient in credit and risk analysis.

- Strong presentation, structuring, and financial statement analysis skills.

- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
