Collaborate with physicians to determine patient needs

Complete routine physical assessments using common assessment skills

Contribute to patient care plans for pre-defined problems

Respect patients' rights, including the right to inform, privacy, and confidentiality

Assist with patient education to promote self-care and independence

Follow company policies and procedures, and department protocols

Assist physicians with special procedures

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited MSN or PA program with certification from ANCC or AANP

Indiana RN license

Active APRN/CSR license, or eligibility for licensure

BLS certification
