About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Information Technology team at Christus Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex, enterprise-level projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain project scope, resource, and budget plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, vendor statements of work, and other project-related documents.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation plans and monitoring progress.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO methodology, processes, and documentation requirements, maintaining meticulous records and artifacts.
  • Facilitate planning and design sessions to clarify project scope, in-scope, and out-of-scope activities.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, budgets, and status reports.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to junior project managers and team members, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with IS Training and Vendors to develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and support resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience in an Information Systems environment.
  • At least six years of experience working on information technology project teams, with a focus on customer requirements and analysis activities.
  • Previous experience managing projects of small to medium scope and complexity, with a strong track record of success.
  • PMI Certification is strongly preferred.
  • Clinical education background is a plus.
