Maintenance Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend lifespan.
  • Coordinate with service providers to schedule repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and supplies to identify potential issues.
  • Diagnose and address maintenance issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance coordination or supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and equipment repair.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and address maintenance issues effectively.
  • Clean NYS Driver's License.
