Mechanical Superintendent

Stellar Industrial Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day execution of large commercial and industrial mechanical projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Project Execution: Oversee the execution of mechanical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of employees and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Scheduling and Planning: Develop and implement project schedules, including daily, weekly, and monthly planning, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

• Experience: 10+ years of mechanical experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in food processing facilities and commercial/industrial projects.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including duct types and materials.
