Job Summary

As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the delivery of clinical services across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to improve clinical services, including Senior Services, Prevention Services, and Health Information Management.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the effective delivery of clinical services.
  • Manage local financial reporting, capital management, and productivity.
  • Develop and manage capital and operational budgets to support strategic plans and goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop plans, goals, and implementation strategies to support our Mission, Vision, and business objectives.
  • Maintain a system of management reporting to provide timely and relevant information on all aspects of assigned responsibility.
  • Develop, monitor, and respond to financial, service, and quality indicators in all assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Promote our organization through active membership in community and professional organizations.
Requirements
  • M.H.A., M.B.A., or M.S. in healthcare administration, business administration, public health administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Executive in a healthcare system.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and develop business relationships of trust and transparency with physicians and other business partners.
