We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Installed Building Products. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a critical role in the installation of insulation materials, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and logging materials onto a truck
  • Erecting scaffolding or ladders to the required height
  • Installing insulation materials by stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing, or operating equipment that injects loose-fill or foamed insulation
  • Driving a company vehicle (as required)
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
  • Ability to work in tight spaces, including attics and crawlspaces
  • Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay rate of $16.28 per hour during the training period
  • Average installers make between $50,000-$70,000 per year
  • Great benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
