Position Overview:

This role encompasses the management of mechanical reliability and integrity projects, particularly involving rotating machinery, compressors, fans, reactors, and pressure vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mechanical integrity projects, including pressure vessels and piping systems.
  • Conduct criticality and risk assessments to enhance operational reliability.
  • Drive mechanical optimization efforts for equipment, valves, and related systems.
  • Implement formal continuous improvement strategies across the facility.
  • Contribute significantly to the asset management team.
  • Manage projects independently or collaboratively for larger initiatives.
  • Explore promotional pathways within maintenance, reliability management, operations, and senior engineering roles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering and reliability within a manufacturing or processing environment.
  • Comfortable working in an active industrial setting.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.

Compensation:

Salary range is approximately $120,000 - $145,000, commensurate with experience. Relocation assistance is available.
