- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
- Foster collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers through effective communication.
- Adhere to hospital policies, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations to ensure an optimal patient experience.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- RN-Registered Nurse licensure for the state where care is provided.
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
- ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
- 2 years of recent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated general knowledge and competence in nursing theories, concepts, and practices.
- Working knowledge of the healthcare industry, safety precaution policies, and best practices regarding patient care and privacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally.
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize patient care and assignments.
This position may regularly work with hazardous or potentially hazardous drugs identified by NIOSH for purposes of USP 800.

CompensationThe salary range for this role is $75.53 to $98.92 per hour. Compensation may vary based on location and other factors.
