Key Responsibilities- Deliver pharmaceutical care through the provision of patient-centered clinical services, medication information, education, and medication preparation and distribution.
- Exercise sound judgment and developed clinical skills to provide input to and implement the patient's plan of care based on the diagnosis in a timely manner.
- Precept Pharmacy Residents in an accredited Residency Program.
- Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, their families/support groups, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and care, and effective communication.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.
- Doctorate: Graduation from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
- Certification & Licensure: PHARMD-Licensed Pharmacist or PHARMR-Registered Pharmacist.
- Typical Experience: 3 years recent relevant experience.
This is a full-time position with a varied schedule, including rotating weekends. The salary range for this role is $95.50 to $109.80 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a total rewards package.
