Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resources, and milestones.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams in the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and address concerns.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage resources efficiently to ensure project tasks are completed within specified timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Ten or more years' experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Information Services or IT projects.
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and team collaboration abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in project management tools and software.
