Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing clinical nutrition expertise to patients and families in care communities. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, you will be responsible for assessing potential nutritional risks, implementing medical nutrition therapy interventions, and providing nutritional counseling and education.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical nutrition expertise through nutritional assessments and documentation
  • Assess potential nutritional risks and implement appropriate medical nutrition therapy interventions
  • Provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and families within care communities
  • Collaborate with the dining department to ensure nutrition plans are executed effectively
Requirements
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required)
