Pediatric Communication Specialist

Location: Bardstown
Role Summary:
- Assess and treat individuals with communication disorders, providing therapeutic interventions tailored to their needs. Mentor and oversee student interns in their clinical practice.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Must possess a valid Kentucky State License or interim license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders from an accredited institution is required.
- Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Hearing Association is mandatory, or for interim license holders, completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is necessary.
- Experience working with pediatric populations is highly desirable.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred at the time of hire and required within 90 days of employment.
- Annual Tuition Assistance up to $6,000.
