Position Overview:

Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift

Location: Bardstown

Role Summary:
  • Assess and treat individuals with communication disorders, providing therapeutic interventions tailored to their needs. Mentor and oversee student interns in their clinical practice.
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid Kentucky State License or interim license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders from an accredited institution is required.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Hearing Association is mandatory, or for interim license holders, completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is necessary.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with pediatric populations is highly desirable.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred at the time of hire and required within 90 days of employment.
