About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for a designated set of customers within the Supermarket Channel (Walmart). Your focus will be on achieving key pillars, including profit, volume, and share goals for your designated customers.

You will manage the annual customer joint business plan, daily execution of all company standards, pricing management, customer relations, managing customer commercialization calendars, forecasting based on channel criteria, actively managing Look of Success (LOS), and stewardship of our annual Retail Strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong internal relationships with Sales Center teams
  • Cultivating partnerships with customer Market Managers and Store Managers
  • Conducting business reviews with customers to analyze performance and drive incremental growth
  • Selling-in innovation items, additional SKUs, packages, equipment, and displays to boost RED Scores
  • Collaborating with the Commercialization team on incentives, custom programs, and impactful point-of-sale materials
  • Collaborating with Field Sales and senior leadership on national and local business strategy
  • Holding representatives accountable and ensuring professionalism and effectiveness in the field
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customer managers, leveraging insights for mutual success

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of proven sales and/or account management experience
  • Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred
  • Preferably familiar with marketing and commercial activation
  • Skilled in Collaborating For Value (CFV) and Collaborative Business Planning
  • Willingness to travel within Swire geographies and throughout the US as needed
