Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Instructor - Clinical Education to join our team at the University of New Mexico - Hospitals. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our staff and patients
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure that educational programs are aligned with organizational goals and strategic plans
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in nursing education
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in nursing education or a related field
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification
  • RN licensure in New Mexico or a reciprocal agreement state
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires heavy work, exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects or people. The working conditions include a significant hazard of chemicals and biohazardous materials requiring personal protective equipment.
