Compensation and Benefits:
- 100% of tips distributed to employees
- Starting wage of $18/hour plus tips and incentives
- Weekly pay
- Overtime compensation
- Eligibility for health insurance program
- Paid sick leave

- Flexible full-time and part-time shifts available
- 8-hour morning, swing, and evening shifts, including weekend availability
- Earn $200 referral bonuses for successful hires you recommend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate our state-of-the-art Tesla Model Y; vehicle maintenance, charging, phone, insurance, etc., are provided.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Utilize mobile devices for navigation and passenger pickup.
Qualifications:
- Must successfully pass pre-employment and random drug screenings, including marijuana.
- Minimum age of 23 years (for insurance purposes).
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record and at least 1 year of US driving experience.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Preferred experience in ride-sharing.
