About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Backroom Associate at Marshalls. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the sales floor team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to operational and merchandise standards.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers, driving sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Participate in store recovery and maintenance, ensuring the sales floor and store areas are clean and well-organized.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive and personalized experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support business needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
