  • Participate in patient outreach to achieve quality measures and maintain scheduling guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information and display high standards of office conduct.
  • Ensure the reception area and waiting room are clean and neat, regularly sanitizing counters and surfaces.
