Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence Development Manager to join our team at Dynamix SearchForce, Inc. as a key member of our Business Applications Development department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead the identification, commitment, and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting committed timeframes.
  • Business Partnership: Foster strong relationships with internal business partners, resolving conflicts due to competing priorities and maintaining a collaborative working environment.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors such as Microstrategy, Kingswaysoft, and Precisely, ensuring seamless integration and execution of projects.
  • Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of production environments, ensuring proper team training in SQL, ConnectCDC, SSIS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Change Management: Implement effective change management and versioning processes, adhering to project management and development best practices.
Requirements
  • Managerial Experience: 5+ years of experience in a manager capacity, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with MicroStrategy or other Business Intelligence or Analytics applications, as well as knowledge of MS Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, and SDLC methodologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
