  • Order Management: Handle the receiving, picking, and shipping of customer orders, as well as managing returns and maintaining inventory organization.
  • Refrigerated Environment: Perform stocking and order fulfillment tasks in a temperature-controlled setting.
  • Verification Duties: Check incoming merchandise against shipping records, report any discrepancies, and inspect for defects.
  • Stock Management: Ensure that shelves are stocked correctly and that materials are organized in their designated areas.
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize radiofrequency (RF) devices for efficient stock picking.
  • Order Assembly: Assemble customer orders by selecting items from shelves and placing them into totes for packing and shipping, ensuring accuracy in quantities and specifications.
  • Data Entry: Input orders, returns, and related information into the computer system accurately.
  • Returns Processing: Inspect returned items and ensure they are placed back on the appropriate shelves.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct daily inventory counts and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Policy Compliance: Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, safety regulations, and DEA guidelines.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to read and comprehend the English language for product descriptions and labels.
  • Basic mathematical skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster cooperative working relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety and cleanliness of merchandise.
  • Good judgment in following detailed instructions.
  • Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventory as needed.
  • Basic computer proficiency is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a production-driven atmosphere while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Visual acuity for close and distant vision, as well as peripheral vision.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
  • Familiarity with using a box cutter for opening product boxes.
  • Capability to work in varying temperature conditions throughout the shift.
