We're seeking a skilled SEM & Paid Social Marketing Specialist to join our team at Do You Convert. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing SEM & paid social marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROI for our clients across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute SEM & paid social marketing campaigns on Google and Meta to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Manage budgets, ad targeting, and creative to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM & paid social marketing to ensure our clients receive the best possible results.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in SEM & paid social marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills.
  • Ability to self-organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High drive to succeed and deliver results.
