**Practice Features:**
- Outpatient Department of Trinity Health
- A state-of-the-art facility offering multiple services, including Lab, Pharmacy, Urgent Care, Rehabilitation, and Aesthetics
- Ability to see patients from newborn to geriatrics
- Office hours: Monday-Friday, 6:45am-5:00pm
- No after-hours call
- A collaborative and supportive work environment
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements
**Requirements:**
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty
- State of Michigan license required
- DEA license
- ACLS & BLS certification
