Family Medicine Physician Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our Family Medicine team in Muskegon, Michigan. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing patients and coordinating services provided by multiple disciplines within and outside the health system.
Responsibilities:- Manage patients and coordinate services provided by multiple disciplines
- Maintain a collaborative practice agreement with specific physician(s)
- Exercise independent judgment in the assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of selected protocols/procedures
- Provide educational support for patients, significant others, health team members, and the community
- Coordinate QA/QI studies to measure outcomes of care
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Michigan
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
