Family Medicine Physician Assistant

Corewell Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Family Medicine team in Muskegon, Michigan. As an APP, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our team of physicians and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Manage patients and coordinate services provided by multiple disciplines within and outside the health system
- Maintain a collaborative practice agreement with specific physician(s)
- Exercise independent judgment in the assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of selected protocols/procedures
- Provide educational support for patients, significant others, health team members, and the community
- Coordinate QA/QI studies to measure outcomes of care
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Michigan
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- At least two years of relevant experience
