About the Role

We are seeking a skilled High Net Worth Financial Advisor to join our team at Citizens. As a key member of our wealth management group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-value relationships with clients.

Your primary focus will be on building a comprehensive understanding of each client's financial situation and goals, then crafting personalized strategies to meet their needs.

You will work closely with colleagues across various departments to deliver exceptional service and ensure seamless execution of financial plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals and families
  • Craft personalized financial plans that meet client objectives
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services
  • Analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform investment decisions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66) licenses required
  • A valid insurance license is preferred or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial advisory role
  • Demonstrated track record in new business development and client relationship management
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $250,000 based on performance and productivity.
