Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Management Lead to spearhead the development of strategies for manufacturing process transfers across multiple sites. This role involves leading the Site Launch Team, ensuring seamless technology transfers in line with established standard processes, and facilitating alignment of tech transfer and validation activities across projects for manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and manage technology transfers of manufacturing processes for investigational and commercial drugs to internal and external sites until completion of the first Commercial Production Validation (CPV).
  • Lead the Site Launch Team with associated sub-teams, executing technology transfers in accordance with established standard processes to facilitate alignment of tech transfer and validation activities across projects for manufacturing.

Requirements:

Education Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutics or related disciplines within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology sciences is required, along with at least 12 years of industry experience.

Experience Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience in chemistry (at PhD level), biochemistry, pharmaceutics, or related disciplines within pharmaceutical/biotechnology sciences with at least 7 years of industry experience preferred.

Travel

Able to travel 10-20% domestically and internationally, collaborating across all global time zones.

Salary

$150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
