At EVOTEK, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator Specialist to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events that align with our sales strategies and elevate the overall client experience.

About the Role

This role involves collaborating closely with the sales team, partners, and marketing to ensure that every event serves as a strategic touchpoint, driving business objectives, fostering client relationships, and enhancing brand presence. The Event Coordinator Specialist will also be tasked with researching and securing venues, planning, and managing the events' calendar, negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors, assisting with marketing campaigns, monitoring timeframes and budgets, and supporting digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop event strategies that align with business goals, sales targets, and key client segments by collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
  2. Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and client services teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of event goals.
  3. Design and execute tailored event experiences that deliver exceptional value to clients, fostering stronger relationships and creating a memorable brand impression.
  4. Ensure that all events reflect the company's brand values, messaging, and positioning by utilizing events as an opportunity to showcase thought leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to client success.
  5. Establish metrics for event success, including client feedback, engagement levels, and business outcomes, and regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of events.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience planning and managing corporate internal and client-facing events.
  • Ability to travel; this role requires approximately 25% - 50% travel.
  • Previous experience with digital content creation as it relates to event communication and participation.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to effectively lead an event team and delegate tasks.
  • Ability to coordinate with different vendors.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate well with the entire event staff and participants.
  • Expert level interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships with event vendors and sponsors.
  • Project management experience.
  • Highly organized.
  • Proficiency in various event management software.

  • Salary: $72,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with years of experience, technical expertise, and geographic location.
