CSI DMC is a leading destination management company seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in event planning and management.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in program management and execution, including venue management, production coordination, and vendor management.
  • You will be responsible for understanding client needs, conceptualizing and leading strategic client programs, and managing event budgets.
  • A strong background in registration and communications best practices, including experience with event registration platforms, is essential.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional event management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and cloud-sharing programs.
