Job Description: As a Professional Staff Nurse, Expert, BSN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading by example, and contributing to the development of clinical excellence initiatives. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.

  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism among colleagues.

  • Mentor and educate new staff members, sharing your knowledge and experience to ensure successful onboarding.

  • Pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of evidence-based practices and policies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a related specialty.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.

  • Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state where the facility is located.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

  • CPR certification.
