**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Supervisor to join our team at Allied Services. As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the training of assigned staff and clients, ensuring quality control and contract retention for all custodial accounts assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train assigned clients and staff in proper cleaning methodologies and procedures.
  • Instruct staff and clients on proper work habits, cleaning methods, and safety procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining contract stock room and inventory, ordering janitorial supplies as needed.
  • Perform hands-on cleaning as required and report daily to the Project Manager on issues relating to contracts and duties assigned.
  • Ensure assigned contract sites meet cleaning specifications and maintain up-to-date cleaning schedules, files, and inspections.
  • Keep all equipment in a clean, safe running condition and coordinate additional services required by contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of time sheets, payroll vouchers, and assigned clients' productivity.
  • Participate in yearly training on Hazardous Communication Laws and maintain MSDS logs for hazardous chemicals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of custodial supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience working with persons with disabilities preferred.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, regular position with even shift hours. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
