Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team. As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring automotive mechanical tests, recording data, and making necessary adjustments to ensure test parameters are met.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safe operation of test equipment and facilities, adhering to established safety procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and record data from automotive and mechanical tests, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on test equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test procedures, data analysis, and equipment maintenance records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a mechanical or automotive testing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
