Key Responsibilities:- Lead the integration of advanced cooling and power technologies for AI cloud infrastructure
- Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure long-term growth and innovation
- Collaborate with technical SMEs to synthesize and convey technological impact to leadership
- Build and manage contracts with suppliers, track budgets, deliverables, and milestone timelines
- Define business success criteria incorporating availability, reliability, and performance OKRs
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, or product development
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
- 4+ years of experience working and collaborating between technology and suppliers/start-ups teams
- 8+ years of professional experience in hardware, data center management, program management engineering, new product introduction, and risk management
- Familiarity with innovation & disruptive technology development process
- Ambiguity Management: Ability to navigate ambiguity, assess opportunities, develop principles to prioritize multiple strategic and tactical options, and drive issues to closure with a commitment to high-quality outcomes
- Competitive salary range: $117,200 - $229,200 per year
