Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at SNI Companies. As an On-call Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and Route Calls: Respond to incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, and route calls to the appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Create a Welcoming Environment: Ensure that our office is clean, organized, and welcoming to visitors, and that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
  • Prioritize Tasks: Use strong prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, and to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette: Maintain a professional and upbeat tone when interacting with clients and colleagues, and use excellent phone etiquette to ensure a positive experience.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS/Excel/Outlook, and have experience with multi-phone lines and basic office navigation.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and meeting client needs.
  • Availability: Availability to work weekdays and weekends, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS/Excel/Outlook, and have experience with multi-phone lines and basic office navigation.
