We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at SNI Companies. As an On-call Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Phone and In-Person Support: Answer and route all incoming calls, create a welcoming environment for visitors, and provide professional and upbeat phone etiquette.
- Task Prioritization: Demonstrate strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including experience with multi-phone lines, attention to detail, and the ability to follow standard procedures.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS/Excel/Outlook and possess strong organization skills with a sense of urgency.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Availability: Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
