At Attitash Mountain Resort, we're seeking highly skilled and passionate Ski or Snowboard Instructors to join our team. As a certified instructor, you'll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional ski or snowboard lessons to guests of all ages and abilities, creating lifelong memories and inspiring a love for the sport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels
  • Deliver world-class guest service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all
  • Work collaboratively with the Freestyle Program team to provide exceptional ski or snowboard instruction
  • Support ski school operations, including scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
  • Provide constructive feedback to guests, inspiring them to improve their skills and progress

Requirements:

  • Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to meet minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards
