As a member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be the face of Vail Resorts, providing top-notch service to our guests and making their mountain getaway truly unforgettable. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their every need is met
  • Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
  • Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
  • Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)

Requirements:
  • We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs
