Ski Instructor

Join our team of passionate instructors at Attitash Mountain Resort and share your love of skiing and snowboarding with guests of all ages. As a ski or snowboard instructor, you'll deliver high-quality lessons, create a safe and fun learning environment, and provide world-class guest service.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages
- Work with children and adults, focusing on creating a positive and supportive learning environment
- Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable experience for all
- Support the snow sports school, including scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
- Provide feedback that inspires and motivates guests to continue improving their skills
- Must be comfortable and competent skiing and riding on groomed blue terrain
- Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
