- Collaborate with management to consistently meet customer service goals.
- Utilize dispatch systems effectively to optimize operations.
- Provide decisive solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- Oversee trailer pool management and monitor inventory levels.
- Understand customer performance metrics and develop strategies to exceed expectations.
- Build trust and increase freight volume through strong internal relationships.
- Manage service-related issues by accurately documenting failures for reporting purposes.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding driver hours.
Required Skills:
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to navigate various software systems efficiently.
- Adaptability to changing environments and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A minimum of one year of experience in transportation or logistics.
