Job Overview

As a Commercial Construction Estimator with Construction Execs, you will play a crucial role in executing a broad spectrum of projects throughout the Southeast. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced estimator to join our team and collaborate on transformative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret drawings and project specifications
  • Survey and quantify materials and assemblies from drawings
  • Organize quantity takeoffs and develop estimate reports
  • Present estimates and meet deadline challenges
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of takeoff and estimating software

Requirements:

  • Experience in budgeting and estimating of industrial manufacturing facilities in the U.S.
  • Construction pricing knowledge and experience
  • Civil, structural, and interior estimating knowledge and experience
