Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our Rehabilitation team at Mercy Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Of New England. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including registration, insurance authorization, and statistical data.
  • Manage the phone system, intake, scheduling, referrals, insurance authorizations, and registration.
  • Support the therapy department and manage patients from intake to discharge.
  • Assist internal and external customers with clerical tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Provide administrative support to all personnel in the rehab department as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a medical office or billing department preferred.
  • Knowledge of patient billing and medical terminology preferred.
  • Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
