We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, with opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing delegated age-appropriate care to patients, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. This includes assisting patients with basic nursing skills, personal care tasks, and restorative services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and continence management* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements* Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance clinical knowledge and skills

Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent preferred* State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification required* Currently enrolled in a nursing program and able to provide documentation from an accredited school for professional nurses indicating successful completion of the basic nursing course* American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent required within 90 days of hire
