Environmental Consulting Engineer – Rancho Cucamonga, CA

ALL4 is in search of a Consulting Engineer/Consulting Scientist to be part of our California Office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The role involves collaborating with Project Managers to assemble teams and oversee the technical components of projects, ensuring precision and high-quality outcomes for deliverables. Ideal candidates are proactive, eager to learn, and focused on enhancing their technical and regulatory expertise to facilitate the successful execution of air quality and multimedia initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, oversee, and implement the technical facets of projects to generate deliverables ready for client review.
- Manage project timelines and communication, ensuring progress is aligned with ALL4's quality standards.
- Utilize strong analytical and technical skills to delegate tasks effectively to junior staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and technical accuracy.
- Provide mentorship to junior technical personnel while embodying ALL4's core values in all interactions.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to project management and facilitate communication between junior staff and management.
- Collaborate with project managers to review deliverables and confirm adherence to quality assurance protocols.
- Engage in continuous learning to improve technical skills and project management capabilities, including proposal development and client relationship management.
- Achieve billable hour and utilization targets.
- Consistently demonstrate ALL4's core values in all professional interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Degree in Engineering or a relevant environmental/science field, with 2-4 years of experience in Environmental Regulatory, Compliance, or related consulting.
- Knowledge of technical subjects relevant to our clients, with a solid understanding of environmental regulations.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with proactive management of priorities and workflows.
- Ability to lead and develop diverse teams with varying technical skills.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $105,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and organizational needs. ALL4 offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and additional benefits for eligible employees.
