Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, management, and execution of project technical elements to deliver client-ready outputs for review.
  • Facilitate project scheduling and progression through ALL4's development and quality assurance processes; maintain effective communication regarding project status with clients and internal teams.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and technical capabilities while effectively delegating tasks to junior staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory and technical standards.
  • Provide mentorship to junior technical personnel and embody ALL4's core values in all professional interactions.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for project management and act as a liaison between junior staff and management.
  • Collaborate with project managers to review deliverables and ensure adherence to ALL4's quality assurance protocols, proactively communicating technical details and timelines.
  • Engage in experiential learning to deepen technical knowledge relevant to client needs while developing project management skills, including planning, proposal development, and client relationship management.
  • Achieve billable hour and utilization targets.
  • Demonstrate ALL4's core values in all professional dealings and actively seek and provide constructive feedback.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related environmental/science field, with 2-4 years of relevant experience in Environmental Regulatory, Compliance, or consulting.
  • Knowledge of technical subjects relevant to clients, with a solid understanding of environmental regulations and technical disciplines.
  • Commitment to excellence and alignment with ALL4's core values; openness to personal growth and coaching.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; proactive management of priorities and workflows.
  • Ability to develop and lead diverse teams with varying technical skills and personalities.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm in managing shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in document production and technical writing.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $105,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skill set, and organizational needs. ALL4 offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and additional benefits for eligible employees.
