About the Opportunity
We are excited to offer a rewarding On-Call Physical Therapist position at Kaiser Permanente's Clackamas outpatient clinic. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients from various backgrounds and age groups, developing personalized treatment plans and delivering high-quality care.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry best practices. A graduate degree in physical therapy and a valid Physical Therapist License (Oregon/Washington) are also required.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical status and develop treatment plans that meet their individual needs.
- Deliver high-quality treatments based on established competency checklists.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
