About the Role
As an Ambulatory Nursing Specialist at Kaiser Permanente, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides exceptional patient care in a variety of settings. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient outcomes. You will work closely with RNs and clinicians to develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensure accurate and timely documentation, and provide education to patients and families.

Responsibilities:
+ Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
+ Conducts focused assessments and triages routine medical conditions
+ Utilizes electronic medical records to document patient information and update treatment plans
+ Provides education to patients and families on self-care and disease management

Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Nursing
+ Current licensure as a Practical Nurse (Washington and Oregon)
+ Basic Life Support certification

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
