Clinical Care Professional

At Kaiser Permanente, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As an Ambulatory Nursing Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepares patients for office visits by ensuring all necessary tests and information are available for clinicians to review
+ Performs focused assessments and triages routine medical conditions under the direction of RNs or clinicians
+ Utilizes standardized tools to identify health maintenance gaps and alerts clinicians to potential issues
+ Assists with administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient schedules and responding to incoming messages
Requirements:
+ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
+ Current licensure as a Practical Nurse (Washington and Oregon)
+ Basic Life Support certification
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
