Job Title: Senior MS Dynamics CRM Tech Lead

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Senior MS Dynamics CRM Tech Lead to lead our technical teams in delivering cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead our technical efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and excellence in our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical workshops to design and develop architecture solutions in collaboration with business and technology partners.
  • Develop and implement scalable Dynamics 365 architecture with a focus on high availability and performance.
  • Design and implement integration solutions using middleware tools, APIs, and SSIS packages.
  • Provide technical expertise in data migration, data analysis, and data mappings using OOB and third-party tools.
  • Develop and implement reporting architecture using SSRS and Power BI.
  • Lead technical efforts for Pre-Sales engagements and contribute to building niche solutions/POCs.
  • Advocate best practices to develop scalable solutions in alignment with the Product roadmap.
Requirements:
  • 12-14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) with strong technical and client-facing skills.
  • Experience in Eleven to Eighteen Years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong technical expertise in C#.Net, Java Script, MS SQL, and MS CRM SDK.
  • Experience in MS CRM & 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools/API's/SSIS packages.
  • Experience in using Azure services for integration (Azure Functions, Service Bus, etc.).
  • Good understanding of security models and connectivity CRM systems.
  • Technical expertise in set up of DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools.
