Job Title: Emergency Department RN Travel

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. This is a contract position with a duration of 2 months, and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of acute care experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient physical and psychosocial condition on an ongoing basis and formulate a nursing diagnosis
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
  • Perform skills essential to the kind of nursing action to be taken, explains the health treatment to the client and family and teaches the client and family how to care for the client's health needs
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional registered nursing
  • Valid and current CA RN License, AHA or AHA equivalent BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, NIHSS
  • Minimum acute care three years (3) experience required
