We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Specialist to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the lives of millions of people worldwide.

As a Medical Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our donors by performing physical examinations, establishing medical histories, and providing education on general health and safety protocols.

You will also be responsible for building rapport with donors, ensuring confidentiality, and providing counseling on unacceptable test results.

Additionally, you will assist in employee training, administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program, and evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events.

Requirements
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language proficiency
  • Current licensure and certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Paramedic, Advanced EMT, or EMT Basic
  • CPR/BLS certification
