Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on coating equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in quality control activities, including inspection and testing of coated products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a coating or finishing operation.
  • Strong understanding of coating processes and equipment, including safety protocols and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Working Conditions

The Coater Operator will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and other hazards. The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working at heights.
